Webcasting Overview

During 2020, we saw an increasing number of venues and businesses going online to communicate and sell to their customers. For many venues, they chose to use Facebook live, YouTube, and various other platforms to ensure that their clients and community stayed up to date with the latest information. Webcasting is a fantastic way to stream to various platforms at once with higher-quality videoes for those customers.

Webcasting setups are very versatile and can help you to communicate effectively and efficiently to audiences of any size with the potential to talk across the world. They can be used in a variety of settings, such as in hospitality, boardrooms, conference centres, office environments, religious services live theatre environments. There has been an increasing number of churches and religious venues using live streaming to communicate with their community- this has become increasingly popular for Sunday services and to let the congregation know about upcoming events and relevant information.

For many, these systems have been a lifeline during the pandemic, and people are recognising how these setups could be beneficial for the future of their Church. Communities are investing in webcasting setups to provide higher quality and more technically able systems.

Previous Installations

Our team can personally design, install a webcasting setup based on your business’ needs, budget and whilst ensuring that every installation is completed to a high standard.

We are dedicated to making your system work efficiently within your establishment- therefore we can engineer and integrate your webcasting setup with pre-existing or new systems such as audio or existing PA systems. By using existing PA Systems, you can use your current controllers, microphones, and other equipment, therefore allowing ease of use and will help to improve the video's audio quality to a level similar to a 'normal' service. The technicality of these systems will be dependent on the user and the venue. Our team can install anything from a simple setup with one camera, to a setup that has multiple camera angles, audio integration with existing PA systems, and is still simple to use.

We can see so much potential in these systems and we can see how they can help people and communities going forward out of the pandemic too. For some, it may help with weddings, christenings, and funerals where some members of the family are unable to attend because of existing illness, inability to take time off of work, living far away. However, these setups can be beneficial to businesses and council chambers that have meetings that people cannot attend but may wish to.

Servicing and Maintenance

Our team has many years of experience in designing and installing a wide variety of sound and communication systems, and as a result, we can help find small or large faults, repair and service your existing systems that may have fallen into disrepair or show signs of failing and check that they are working properly.

May issues with sound and communication systems can be resolved and avoided by using an installer that understands these complex systems and takes into account the rooms’ dynamics and surroundings. For this reason, we take the time to engineer problems out of the system during the design stage and ensure that they work correctly for your establishment.

We can also ensure that your systems are fit for their purpose, and most importantly that they are serviced correctly. We offer all new and existing clients access to our Maintenance and Annual Check-up services for full peace of mind and to ensure that they are working correctly and maintaining your security and total peace of mind.
